In the town of Preili (south-eastern part of Latvia) within 200 km from Riga there is a neo-gothic manor house that once belonged to the count Borch family of German descent and used to be a wonderful dwelling-place surrounded by a romantic ancient park.
Preili County Council in its domain is managing a PHARE project to renovate the manor for accommodating Business Center, hotel, restaurant, premises for conferences and grounds for recreation activities. We have our own vision, however, in having an experienced partner we see an important precondition for success. So I offer cooperation to potential operators and investors, to all who take interest in carrying out a unique project.
The area: manor house – 2000m2, park – 42 ha, free land – 9ha, domain of the local authority. (EU PHARE 2002 funding has been invested to work out the technical documentation of the project.)
